Wetlands 40th Anniversary Art & Writing Competition for Primary Schools - WINNERS

Visitor Centre Hunter Wetlands Centre

Congratulations to the winners of the Hunter Wetlands 40th Anniversary Art & Writing Competition for Primary School Students!

We had a fantastic response with 150 entries received from 15 schools and OOSH groups across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter. We were excited to see the artistic and writing talents of students in our Hunter Region.

With the quality so high, it was very hard to choose the winners. So in addition to awarding our Winners, twenty-four students have been Highly Commended for their work.

Come see the fabulous work of our local young artists and writers! All entries are on display at the Wetlands Environmental Educations Centre at Hunter Wetlands Centre weekdays during the School Holidays until October 11.
