Invitation to Young Artists of the Hunter Region

The Hunter Wetlands Arts Coordinator is inviting young artists (under 18 years) residing in the Hunter Region, to apply for a place in a Youth Exhibition in the Wetlands Artspace during the month of February in 2026.

The Arts Committee will select up to 20 artists from the applications to participate. Mediums would include painting, drawing, photography, screen printing, jewellery, sculpture, ceramics and other areas of creative endeavour.

This exhibition would provide an opportunity for young artists to experience all aspects of mounting an exhibition in a professional and supportive environment. Inspiration would come from your association with the wetlands environment.

Applications close Friday 2nd May.

Contract and Terms & Conditions plus progress schedule will be forwarded to successful applicants by Friday 16th May.
